I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very new and extremely clean, perfect for three people. They are really nice looking, and the overall cleanliness was top-notch. The service was fantastic, as they originally told me it was possible and were always available 24 hours, with fluent English speakers. The location was great, within walking distance of bus stops, train stations, Ueno, shops, restaurants, and close to the subway, making it convenient to explore both Ueno and Asakusa. The dining experience was a highlight with seriously yummy Pork Belly. Overall, a fantastic stay!
